New-Home Sales Trainee - Chicago

Are you a self-motivated, high-energy individual with an interest in new-home sales? If so, Lexington Homes is in the market for a sales trainee, and we’d love to hear from you!

The full-time position will require working in the field at a number of our Chicago-area communities. This new team member will learn not only the skills to selling new homes and how to provide an exceptional customer experience, but also how to manage the day-to-day operations of a sales center. Initially, the sales trainee will work three days Mon – Fri, plus two weekend day. All of the traditional sales/communication skills are required. New-home sales experience is helpful, but not required. The salary is $40,000, plus full benefits.
